I visited Jewelry Theory in search of an engagement ring. I wanted something unique, and after Tom asked me a few questions, he & his team made it happen! As part of the design process, they somehow took the image I had in my head and put it on the computer screen, and we worked on it until it was absolutely perfect. He made recommendations along the way to help me stay within budget, and even had a few suggestions I hadn't thought of that made the ring look even better than before. We were recommended by a friend initially for a matching wedding band to my engagement ring that we purchased from another company. JT (Jewelry Theory) took a 3D scan of my ring and custom made a beautiful band that fit it perfectly at an extremely fair price. We were so happy with our initial purchase that it was a no brainer to go to them when we ran into some snags before our wedding. We were having issues getting my husbands ring from another supplier, so Tom at JT helped us find an almost identical ring for a much better price and expedited the shipping so we wouldn’t have to worry about anything.
